  In conjunction with my Human Resources Manager role, I work hand in hand with the President in the strategic planning process of the business. We create processes and procedures & oversee daily operations. I cultivated relations with the independent contractor to solidify continued development of a product for a lucrative Government contract. Collaborated with a previous President to create a positive work environment. Manage front-line supervisors on operating procedures and policies. Facilitate communications between branch locations. Work with the Quality Control Manager to implement ISO9000:2015 quality system. Manage a fleet of 23 company vehicles and purchase/sell vehicles. Risk management duties include annual renewal of all liability insurance policies.Collaborate with Company Executives to identify personnel needs.
