Responsible for all hiring decisions within IT Support, and in collaboration with HR, maintain effective salary and compensation practices across the team. Provide guidance, support, and direction to all team members, making sure that each team member is able to succeed in their role, and promptly correcting any misalignment between skills and needs. Clearly document and maintain detailed and organized records about training, performance and any disciplinary action taken for each employee.Work to clearly document team processes and workflows.
