  As principal of Glenview Elementary, I wrote over 100.000.00 in grants; including the Fresh Fruit Grant, Lowe's Toolbox Grant, and the Target Educational Grant. The school had the highest TVASS scores in the district my first year principal, 2007 and I was Principal of the Year 2013. As a reading specialist I conducted professional development for teachers, segregated data, modeled best practices and worked with small groups of students daily. The first year at Stanford Montessori as the reading specialist I was elected teacher of the year.
