  I was Head of Willis Towers Watson's Retirement Business across South Asia. I was previously leader of the Employee Benefits business in India till July 2011, after which moved to a broader role of client account management until 2016.Helping clients assess the financial obligations and value of their retirement and employee benefit plans, ensuring clients are in control of governing such plans and not caught by surprises due to changing compliance requirement or internal factors and finally meeting the challenge of designing plans that will mean something to employees.My 20 years experience has come about by working across hundreds of wonderful and enriching local and multinational clients in various countries.
