  As Director of Business Strategy & Development, I have a the mandate of identifying and leading the acquisition and implementation of new business opportunities to support the realization of Pennecon Services & Maintenance (PTS/PHS/TPS) business plan. Work to ensure integrated opportunity screening and pursuit strategy that maximizes the likelihood for opportunity realization. Once new opportunities are secured, I am responsible to work with the teams to support operational readiness to execute in a manner that achieves the envisioned business objectives.
