  Trainee under Network OperationDepartment: Network Infrastructure Management under CME (Civil-Mechanical-Electrical) Planning TeamAs a trainee, I was assigned to the Network Infrastructure Management team under the CME (Civil-Mechanical-Electrical) Planning Team, where I was thought the networking system that involves a wide range of engineering. Key achievements:i. Responsible for reviewing Edotco procurements through the online system, Tarantula-developed program called EASI. The goal is to evaluate the provided technical proposal and compare the bill of required works in the technical proposal to the BOQ information in the EASI.ii. Responsible for determining the type of power supply to be provided at the new sites, whether it is a CPS or a generator. This activity is critical in determining project costs and ensuring that the available power supply can handle the load required at a specific location.iii. Participated in a site visit with the team for preliminary studies on the project to relocate a 76m existing Four-Legged Angular Tower to the proposed site in Sungai Tekali, Hulu Langat. The goal of the site visit is to determine the suitability of the new location in terms of road access, power supply, drainage system, and slope stability in order to ensure that the tower relocation goes smoothly.iv. Developed a costing forecast in Excel for use by the department in quoting suppliers and contractors.   Started off my journey with the company as a Protege for 14 months, I engaged in many projects and activities and worked with other departments to ensure the company's Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health (QESH) Management System met all legislative standards. The Project Quality Plan, Safe Work Method Statement, and Material Submission Approval are among my quality-related duties. Key achievements:i. Actively participate in team-wide QA activities to report on quality issues and facilitate task execution. ii. Partaking in the LRT3 project, which involves the construction of viaducts and stations for Package GS07-08, which runs between Bandar Baru Klang and Seri Andalas. Among my responsibilities is ensuring that the operation team maintains quality control during the execution process.iii. Participated in the development of the quality management system for the Company's new RTS project in Johor. Communicate primarily with the operation team and the Client's Representative regarding quality-related document submission to ensure that all methods and materials used in the projects are valid and approved for use.iv. Actively participate in Quality Assurance Supporting Team (QAST) and HQ team preparations for MRT3's Package CMC301 & CMC302 tender. Participated in the entire tender process, including the submission of a comprehensive proposal on the QESH Management System, in accordance with the client's specifications.v. Joined as an observer on internal audits to ensure that projects, departments, subcontractors, and suppliers complied with ISO 9001.vi.
