Beyond my accomplishments on the court, I am most proud of earning the Champion of Character award. This was voted on by University leaders and coaches for the male/female athlete who exuded character throughout the year. I also performed at a high level in the classroom becoming an Academic All-American my senior year.

  With a board of 11 located throughout the bay area we manage 4 HPE sites and over 350 members to enhance professional development, corporate philanthropy, and social networking for the young and young at heart employees in our company.Some key accomplishments have been hosting our annual leadership summit, leading quarterly hands on volunteering at multiple organizations in the bay area, building two pilot programs used globally throughout the entire company, and presenting to executive leadership on a regular basis. Show less On the Global Fleet team I was responsible for all operational duties. My role expanded since joining the team in January from handling operations in just the Americas to a global scope. This has also required training and managing four additional resources. Among the operational work I was responsible for, I produced the annual Living Progress report, successfully set up POs for migrating company, managed the team's savings report, and handled the America's vehicle upgrade charges. I worked with strategic partners Element and LeasePlan to produce the annual Living Progress report of the companies CO2 emissions among many other reporting factors. Standing up a new migrating company required working with many internal stakeholders and ensuring all entity information was accurate. The Fleet team has annual savings targets to meet, I was responsible for ensuring the team made those numbers. Employees also have the option to upgrade their corporate vehicle for a personal charge, I handled that process as well. Show less On the Global Procurement Consulting team I managed the R&D, Real Estate, and Security categories. I worked very closely with our internal stakeholders and Big 8 vendors (Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, E&Y, PwC, McKinsey, Bain, BCG) on purchase orders and approvals. A one off responsibility of mine was delivering innovative collaborative initiatives with our partners and building the supplier relationships. I was able to submit and gain approval for 23 ICIs totaling over $11M. Another responsibility I had on the Consulting team was cleaning up our internal vendor database. I met daily with our strategic partners in the US to ensure all information was current and also worked with internal IT teams to accomplish the task. The project was scheduled to take six months, but I completed it in just 2 months.I was also responsible for producing a monthly report of discretionary spend for multiple Vice Presidents of Finance. These reports were presented to our CEO and gave visibility to all spend getting approved outside of normal channels. Show less My role on the travel team within HPE was to ensure all of our travelers were getting the best service using the best tools in our industry. To do this I maintained a great relationship with our preferred partners including Hilton, Marriot, IHG, Lyft, Avis, United Airlines, American Airlines, CWT, and American Express. We held a Supplier Summit to gather fresh ideas on how we can set HPE apart from a travel program perspective. I worked with our internal brand and portal teams to update our entire travel website. I managed our social media page for our team to answer our travelers questions. I also worked on segmenting our travelers from hyper travelers down to average travelers to meet each groups specific needs. Show less I was responsible for managing our facilities supplier ISS by doing monthly invoices, scorecards, and receiving weekly updates. I had 13 sites on the west coast that I managed including sites in California, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon. Each site came with varying responsibilities and projects that arose, but it was my job to make sure all of the business units were happy, Global Real Estate's deadlines were met, and that I continued to maintain a good relationship with our landlords and supplier. My largest project involved re-branding all of our sites in the US and Canada. 109 sites required new signage during our first large company split from HP into HPE an HPI. I served as the liasison between HPE and our signage providers, building owners, and delivery managers. Show less
