We are passionate about protecting clients and empowering individuals to create pest-free environments. Over the years I have worked in high performance teams in sometimes stressful situations and we now use the experiences from the military, fire service and private security to ensure this happens. We created a simple yet effective methodology to make sure that we are firstly, work with our clients in an interdependent way and secondly, to make certain we provide the best possible service. By looking at 6 key areas, learnt and forge in some of the most hostile environments on the planet we have found that we not only eradicate a problem but we also maintain that pest-free environment. We focus on:Systems - Create clarity and consistent work by systemising each taskEducation - provide relevant education to our clients and their residents Accountability - Understand roles & responsibilities Risk - Elevate risks using clear operating procedures and assessments Control - Using best practice and implementing control measures when appropriate Help - Always there for you when needed. From 24/7 support office to video and blog content. Show less
