  Reporting directly to UK MD and Snr VP of Operations in USA, responsible for a large manufacturing operations team and £multi-million financial management and control.Responsible for complex UK stock management issues, ensuring optimum availability. Oversaw all health and safety improvements and regulatory compliance.Transformed a disjointed manufacturing operation, identifying the need for equipment upgrades and aligned employee terms and conditions and contracts. Worked closely with Unions to introduce and homogenise contracts (with no productivity loss) Led on employee engagement programmes including competency training to increase loyalty and retention. Implemented a Steady State Productions (SSP) Productivity Model to significantly increase productivity and led on major CAPEX programmes to purchase mining machines and power supplies to facilitate increased output.Invited by US Senior Management to chair Best Practice Group and sit on the Group’s Diversity Policy Group.
