  Research Engineer

  as a Research engineer, I worked on the development of methods to enhance training and evaluate the competency of medical doctors' technical skills. I worked across many medical disciplines but with a focus on endovascular surgery and Colonoscopic procedures. a noteworthy mention is my work in endoscopy. Here I developed devices to capture procedure movements that were implemented in multiple hospital OR's across the capital region of Denmark. In addition to this, I developed parts of the analytical model, that could evaluate the competency of a doctor based on the procedures evaluated.   As a Project Manager I have been the lead global project manager primarily for New Product Development projects. I have shown my ability to steer projects to achieve the goals set out, even when conditions have been very difficult. As an Associate Innovation Project Manager, I have led global projects within MDR transition, up-classification and New Product Development. More than 50% of my collaborators have been placed overseas where my strong collaboration skills have been imperative. I have proven my ability to drive complex teams across multiple sites to solve difficult issues and achieve great results. While touring Ambu as a graduate I have been challenged to perform various disciplines, expediting new product development from idea to registration. I have worked with Technology Development, Mechanical Engineering, New Product Implementation, Regulatory Affairs, and Project Management.
