After that I acted as a transition manager for a technical support service provision contract for the computing environment of high availability operation with up to 140 resources. As a Resource Manager in the People Supply Chain area I mapped of over 2,300 resources from infrastructure area with the aim to support senior management in planning the best use of the team's technical capacity.
