      My focus is to understand our customers, anticipate their needs and help design solutions that meet them. Most of my time is spent researching user behavior, reviewing data and designing and exploring solutions. Some of the tools I use are usability testing applications, user panels, field studies, business intelligence like tableau, google analytics, heat maps, and patient/stakeholder interviews as well as design and wireframe tools. My initial concentration has been with our digital properties but my work extends to work across departments and across channels to help improve the customer journey throughout multiple touchpoints.
