  I have continued being a part of the team and the company (MSCI - formerly Trove Research). The team and the work started focusing more on the voluntary carbon markets and collecting data about the companies' retirements and purchases of the carbon credits. Additional responsibilities, being a team player, also include - guiding the team members, assisting our team leader, and refining the whole training process by maintaining the documents and helping in expanding the "training team", by creating opportunities within the team. I also try to involve in various QA tasks whenever necessary and always try to show my involvement in the team as much as possible.I am also responsible for workflow handling and capacity management. I created a daily metrics tracker, to maintain completion rate, productivity metrics for better management of the team's efficient work and quality Show less Joined the company when it was known as Trove Research and been a part of data collection department. Daily tasks included, collection of corporate climate data from the public disclosures of public and private companies, maintaining the best quality throughout. I had also been assigned with various Ad-hoc tasks, such as creating reports on a monthly basis, sending out key feedbacks regarding the production UI testing, assisting the new joiners with the onboarding training them OTJ, and working on projects like "Decarbonization of Aviation Industry" or as we used to call it CORSIA project.
