During this time, I have worked upon commissioning, surveying and reporting on existing Electrical Installations, preparing Feasibility Studies and Cost Estimates for Scheme Proposals, the formulation of Electrical Services Scheme Designs and preparation of drawings, specifications and tender documentation and also heading up the BIM management for the Bristol office.I have experience on a variety of commercial and healthcare projects, including new build office blocks, external lighting design, Intensive Care Units as well as delivering BREEAM Excellent and carbon neutral schemes. The work is varied, from PPM surveys and energy reports to design work including power, lighting, fire alarm, access control and lightning protection. Most recently have been working with RevitMEP on a large BIM Level 2 student accommodation project and a £20+million hospital building.
