  As Director of Product and Learner Experience, I lead the continuous development of the learning platform while managing the delivery of learning to UoNO learners. In the first role, I led a team of Solution architects, UX/UI experts, learning technologies, and project managers who, together with external partners, evaluated the feedback from learners and content developers to design platform enhancements, prioritize activities, and develop and test improvements.In leading the delivery of learning, I am responsible for creating policies and processes that allow the University of Nottingham Online to provide outstanding learning experiences to its learners with a very small team. The main emphasis has been streamlining processes, automating when possible, and focusing on a Lean approach, where simplicity is key. The process is being developed based on the definition of user journeys for learners, where the required activities for each step, from registration and onboarding to issuing of digital badges and data archiving, are identified, and required policies and procedures are identified, designed and assigned. Show less Responsible for designing and implementing a new learning platform for the University of Nottingham Online. I led a team of solution architects, project managers, business analysts and UX/UI experts that, together with multiple external suppliers, developed a new learning ecosystem and implemented the different platforms composing this system and the integrations between them. The ecosystem includes an LMS, an identity verification service, an e-portfolio solution, an online store, a credit card payment subsystem, an online meeting solution, a whiteboard solution, a video repository and an integration with the University of Nottingham Identity Management System. The ecosystem was developed following Agile principles and based on the co-creation of solutions with different stakeholders, allowing the development of a novel and complex solution in 9 months.
