  JOINED THE COMPANY IN A PLANT SHIFT MANAGER ROLE AND HAD BEEN CONTINUOUSLY PROMOTED TO THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTION POSITIONS TILL THE HIGHEST LEVEL IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL HIERARCHY FOR PRODUCTION JOB FAMILY.Led establishment, creation, and implementation of Continuous technological process optimization for the sub-region. Formulated KPIs for Plant Managers, clearly communicating changes to motivation program organisation wide. Team approach between departments (supply chain, customer service, R&D & etc) for all plants of the sub-region was achieved. Ukraine achieved the best processing cost 2013-2016 in ACEE (Central & Eastern Europe).• Led continuous technological process optimization for the sub-region in a role of Lean Enterprise Facilitator & certified A3 coach. Lean approach has been achieved for all plants of the sub-region. Result: processing cost reduction - 40% (YY 2012-2016).• Ukraine achieved the best processing cost 2013-2016 in ACEE (Central & Eastern Europe) four production areas (4 dry production + 3 wet production) with 400 employees headcount.• Successfully implemented efficient investment program in spite of economic crisis.• Proactive maintenance approach integration for all plants of the sub-region.• An automated warehouse management information system (Warehouse Management System) has been implemented on the plant in Vyshgorod, Kiev region.• Lean Production project implementation.
