  - Lead the coordination and monitoring of activities related to the dissemination and deployment of farmer-oriented web and mobile phone-based decision tool, Layanan Konsultasi Padi (LKP)- Facilitate collating of plans submitted by partners, monitoring of activities with regards to partner agreements, and reporting of accomplishments based on agreed targets- Facilitate the conduct of stakeholder surveys, key informant interview (KII), and focus group discussions (FGD) to generate significant insights and relevant knowledge on user behaviors, technology adoption, motivations/barriers, capacity gaps/training needs that will be plugged into the overall strategy of technology dissemination- Evaluate, determine and plan capacity building needs of key actors and partners in the deployment of LKP for wide-scale use through the development of training designs, materials, evaluation reports, and documentation- Conduct training of trainers and collaborators.- Facilitate user experience workshops, usability testing, user acceptance testing with identified stakeholders during the course of the upgradation of LKP features and functionalities to ensure that the upgrades are developed based on user needs and preference.
