  Assignment 4 of Graduate Training program:• Practically use Engineering skills for process improvements and Problem solving.• Worked on Energy Projects FEED study, Process Safety Management program Review, providing Classroom Training (Safety and PSM) to Plant Team, RSPO Certification implementation and Audit process (handling PalmTrace)• Also involved in other Audits, ATLAS data entry, Safety Walk Around, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA, etc.• Created an Online Incident reporting Portal for Easier Incident Reporting (free of cost) with access to everyone in plant (including operators):Using this one can report any incident using their phone wherever they are, which will generate an automatic e-mail to concerned persons including safety manager.
