  Within Thales Group's engineering department, I lead a dynamic engineering team of 7 individuals, tasked with providing and managing engineering environments for Thales engineers globally. Our mission involves delivering engineering tools, processes, and methodologies to ensure seamless operations.At the helm of this team, I oversee the management of shared environments on a SaaS basis and customized environments primarily hosted on AWS cloud, catering to the needs of 500 users in shared environments and 300 users in customized environments. My role extends to building solutions through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and functional architectures, both at the infrastructure and application levels.My expertise spans diverse engineering domains, including change management, configuration management, CI/CD, and system engineering. This broad knowledge base fosters a privileged relationship with customers, enabling me to create tailored solutions that precisely align with their expectations.Throughout the build phases, I maintain a focus on delivering solutions with high availability, low maintenance, optimal performance/cost balance, and minimal administration dependencies. During operational phases, I actively engage with customers to gather valuable feedback, which serves as the foundation for continuous improvement and the development of subsequent environment versions.One of my core beliefs is that listening to our customers is paramount to the success of our services.
