  - Responsible of resolving construction related environmental impacts suchas water & air pollution, solid & liquid waste disposal management.- Ensure environmental compliance with all referenced standards and regulation of this documents during construction and operation phases.- Ensures that company’s construction equipment is properly maintained, calibrated and emission tested.- Report to the project Health Safety and Environmental Manager (HSE) on environmental findings and corrective actions recommended by Saudi Aramco environmental department.- Conducts site inspection to ensure that the Construction Environmental Management Plan is well implemented.- Reviews existing construction environmental plan & advice for possible revision with consulting SAPMT.- Ensures that the weather condition is monitored for possible effect to the workers in the construction area, such as sandstorms and low visibility situations, advice the project management to halt the construction activity if the situation can largely affect the health and performance of the construction activities that may lead to untoward incident and health hazard to the workers.- Prepare training materials and plan for workers and HAZMAT handlers for topics like SDS, Handling, storage & disposal, clean-up of hazardous chemical spills including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.- Oversees implementation of the Environmental Management Plan.- Communicates with the project manager all matters of environmental impact that requires immediate attention.- Conducts daily checks on environmental compliance at site, laydown and camp facilities and records findings – communicates corrective action requests to the facility and site in charge.- Coordinates the waste collection and disposal with contracted 3rd party waste management firm.- Ensures all non-compliance are reported to project HSE manager.
