  Managing a large team made up of 4 assistant managers and 35+ team members (Entertainers, Party hosts, Ride supervisors, Chefs, Servers and Receptionists). I also devised, trained and implemented all areas of entertainment and events across all sites strategically planning for different types of clients while maintaining brand standards. I created partnerships with innovative programmes with local schools leading to a 15% rise in registrations. I targeted marketing campaigns to postcodes with larger families offering promotional rates resulting in 20+ new family registrations weekly and developed innovative campaigns to grow our database in social media to promote and publish company information. I developed safety checks and training plans to operate several different rides, climbing walls and other activities. I provided advanced training in food hygiene, fire safety, manual handling, crisis management and security. I was responsible for all aspects of recruitment including advertising, interviewing, training and development and data collection. I managed a revenue turnover of over £1.2 million p/a with full accountability of all aspects of P&L accounts and exceeded set financial targets by 35% in a difficult economic climate while cutting costs by 15% by sourcing quality products through competitive tendering.
