Responsible to the National Command Authority for the combat readiness of a remote, complex, multimillion dollar missile alert facility connecting 50 ICBMs across 650 square miles. Multiple “Outstanding” ratings during rigorous evaluations with one resulting in designation as a Inspector General “Professional Performer”.

      Responsible for all lesson plans, study guides, PowerPoint presentations and tests used to train and certify new officers in operating Peacekeeper ICBMs, the nation’s most powerful weapon system. Merged two training sections into one while earning an AETC’s Best Practice and Master Instructor credentials.

Orchestrates work flow, establishes suspenses and communicates senior leader's priorities to organizational leaders. Manages system and personnel to meet day-to-day needs of division chief and senior staff. Singularly responsible for ensuring space capabilities and threats were realistically introduced and trained in 14 major exercises, experiments and training events. Sole trusted space rep in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM rehearsal event.
