Testing of customer balances, payment instructions and investor records at both the levels DLO and DLSE. Where data requirements are considered & approved for change requests, manage and ensure that requirements go through the change management procedure to Business release. Undertake detailed documentation; follow through the review and sign-off process to ensure they are completed.  Supported the UK end users in daily processing and verification of Loans, Deposits, Facility and Fees.
