      Project Researcher

      • Investigating the roles of calcium and ATP in the process of ATP filling in the umbrella cells of urothelium using MATLAB and Python. Studying the relation of ATP production in mitochondria, ATP filling and, ATP release by vesicular exocytosis.• Developing a quantitative relation between ATP filing with the level of ATP and calcium in the cell. Converting the quantitative relation for ATP filling into a mathematical model. Integrating this developed model with the four component urothelial model developed in our lab. Show less
