The software swiftly gained global traction, becoming a proven solution utilized by over 50 prestigious companies worldwide, boasting 40,000 active users. Notable global contracts with industry leaders like Rio Tinto and the establishment of numerous technology integration partnerships further solidified JESI's success. The culmination of my efforts at JESI included successfully raising over $5M in investment in 2021, leading to the expansion of the team from 8 to 30 employees, including crucial General Manager appointments and the selection of a CEO. This transition allowed me to shift my focus to spearheading other key global strategic projects. In 2023, seizing an opportune moment, we made the strategic decision to exit JESI and subsequently launched Lived Experiences Pty Ltd, a venture dedicated to providing strategic business advisory services.
