Course involved Theoretical training provided by Indo-German training center and practical training in the sponsoring company. • During this period I was employee of AFCONS. This spun off a huge Technology initiative, called Day 700, to separate out from shared Technology dependencies.• As Part of Day 700, Informatica was chosen as the ETL tool for Ameriprise and ‘Data Integration CoE’ was formed. I was key member of the PMO in formation of the CoE Model.• 3 significant Projects started for DI CoE – To setup Brand new infrastructure for Informatica, Migrate existing ETL applications to Informatica and Creation of ‘Enterprise Data Warehouse’.• I was managing the Application migration projects (from Ab Initio to Informatica) and setup of Disaster Recovery environment. I also worked as Data Sourcing Lead for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Apart from these, I also managed couple of other Development projects.• Key Challenges handled: Implementing the very first application on a brand new infrastructure. Formed India Tech Hub and started expansion here. Sensing that Wipro got me onboard to manage relation and grow business originating from India Tech Hub. I was to leverage my strong delivery background, experience in working with Captives and my Pune local presence (since for Wipro it’s a Chennai based account)• I play a dual role. I am Delivery Manager for ESS (Enterprise Security Solutions) portfolio and India account manager to expand business originating from India (Pune). • India account manager role is Business Development Manager role which involves - creating calling plans, identifying areas to focus on, build relationships backed by delivery assurance. • When I started the assignment, we had 0 business originating from India. Now have several projects in execution which includes breaking into 2 completely new business groups / LOBs.
