      Chief project for the development of a virtual environment in 3D.The laboratory is studying evolution of the vision during life. It uses an immersive environment (CAVE) to project visual stimuli.The purpose of this internship was to create a demo program for the laboratory.Managing 2 programmers to create a shopping center in 3D environment, using C++ language and open source libraries like openSG (graphic library such as openGL) and VR Juggler (used for the integration of the project in the CAVE).Translation and integration of stimuli used by the laboratory and programmed in an other language.       Migration of the eServices (Self Service Check-In solution) of AF & KLM to the Altéa DC solutionUpon proposal of AFKL management, I am taking the lead of the AMO teams of this project (15 people in Paris and Amsterdam) in charge of: - defining business needs - defining specifications of the product - conducting quality validation of the deliverables - Post implementation/product supportThe context is difficult: project is late, quality of the deliverables is not as expected, teams are overloaded, lack of visibility in reporting.Together with the new project manager, our main role is to perform an audit of this project to identify root causes and put in place recommendations through a smooth change management: - Reorganization by splitting project and product teams - Application of agile methodology for deliveries - Define and apply quality process - Put in place complete reporting on all project aspects at steering committee levelAll along this mission, I am ensuring day to day activities of my team is achieved and also involving them actively in this complete restructuration to keep them focused and motivated towards our objectives.This very challenging and diplomatic mission proved to be successful as we managed to get project back on track with quality expected before handing over to the following regular project team. Show less Altea Departure Control project is the largest strategic IT transformation program for AIRFRANCE-KLM.Starting as head of the functional test team of Air France, I am responsible for 10 people in charge of validating the quality of the products delivered by our provider Amadeus.This step is key to ensure the business process of the company will be achievable.My role in this position is to: - Define, apply and continuously improve the test strategy - Control and organize day to day work of the team with regard to priorities - Act as escalation path for the team - Coordinate activities with Air France AMO, Business and IT teams - Closely work with our provider Amadeus to track planning of deliveries and critical issues - Report status and risks to AF management - Keep a motivated team of testers!Efficiency, quality, pragmatism and team spirit: here are my targets.After 6 months, I am asked to also take the lead of the same team in KLM.My goal is to unify our teams (20 persons), ensure consistency in all our processes and apply the same successful strategy than with Air France team.After a bit more than a year at this position, it is time for me to handover and take new responsibilities in this program.
