I studied the art and science of human movement. I also learned about anatomy and how organs function at a cellular level. Thanks to my studies I came to understand the body’s physiological and biomechanical responses to exercise. The most beneficial concepts I think I learned was how to promote fitness and a healthier, and higher quality of life.
