Jun 2020 - nowSales Engineer-Effectively managed +890 customers, and their employees, over the last 4 years - from generating new business, getting accounts set up (Reps, Contractors, Wholesale), getting quotes out in a timely manner that include shipping costs, coordinate the received PO’s and data entry before getting the order to manufacturing, and finally following up on jobs post delivery.-Continually organize the influx of RFQ’s and supply pricing to stocking reps, contractors, mechanical contractors, etc.-Successfully got 5 firms to rep Pate products and order in bulk for their own stocking program.-Represent the company at the AHR Expo (International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition) annually, which includes getting all graphics and products printed and set up, converse with contractors for three days, coordinate lunches/dinners with current customers, network with future customers, and tear down the booth on the final day.-Host 4-5 product trainings with large groups of customers and potential clients, on a national scale. Training consists of anywhere between 10 - 50 people, where I present a product training deck that I developed, over breakfast/lunch and keep it under an hour, being respectful of their time.
