  Led the creation of evidence-based training materials to educate and empower professionals in STEM workplaces on Gender-Based Violence (GBV). This initiative included the development of comprehensive modules on recognizing, addressing, and preventing GBV, complemented by practical tools such as a company-specific toolkit, a culture and climate assessment framework, and a policy evaluation template. These resources were meticulously designed to foster a workplace culture rooted in respect, inclusivity, and support.
