  I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working for Utah's Number One Home Builder. Ivory Homes is home builder that offers a semi-custom full service home buying experience. My responsibilities and experiences are listed below. ■ Created and designed town home/condominium projects in 23 different Ivory Homes communities. 984 units totaling $213 million in Ivory Homes multi-family projects were constructed to the end of 2016. ■ Developed innovative software processes within AutoCAD to streamline town home unit flexibility and building customization. ■ Conducted buyer meetings to customize and personalize hundreds of home plans. ■ Developed new home plans for the main line catalog. ■ Worked with multiple municipalities to obtain building permits. ■ Adjusted and redesigned plans to meet stringent local codes and CC&R requirements. ■ Participated in annual fund raising effort by providing dozens of scale model gingerbread houses for auction.
