      Regional Anangu Services Aboriginal Corporation (RASAC) is an Anangu-owned and managed not-for-profit organisation which delivers a range of government and other services across the APY Lands in the far north west of South Australia. RASAC provides services on a regional basis to around 3,000 people on the APY Land for all communities and homelands covering approximately 100,000 km2 in the north-west of South Australia. As General Manager, I lead the organisation within a complex environment - operations, strategy, people, financial sustainability, and consistent stakeholder management. I report to a Board of thirteen.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic leadership, governance, compliance and risk management• Effective operational management and service delivery including infrastructure maintenance and management• Community and stakeholder engagement within a complex regulatory environment• Financial and business management and opportunity optimisation• Leadership and cultural transformation• Innovation, continuous improvement and quality managementResponsible for the effective management of high-quality service delivery, infrastructure maintenance, and the development and maintenance of a cohesive organisational culture, which is committed to continual improvement and quality.Ensure the development and maintenance of business opportunities, a high level of organisational accountability and transparency to the community, and funding stakeholder groups that include other Anangu and Aboriginal organisations, service providers, and federal and state governments.
