  I completed my fellowship in a Govt. School in Delhi. I taught a group of 40 girls of 4th and 5th standard. Everyday I worked on :•Promoting academic growth by creating a differentiated learning space for students at varying levels of learning.•creating investment in students and parents towards education through extensive community engagement•creating various exposure and access avenues for the students through educational trips, sports activities •building leadership skills and mindsets •establishing respect and trust among various stakeholders within the school community and the students •I conducted various projects inside and outside the class to provide access and exposure to the kids Show less

I conduct research, come up with ideas, develop policies, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organisations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities. Working with some of the best implementing agencies/NGOs to develop a CSR volunteering platform for KPMG employees and to give them the opportunity to use their skills to make a difference in our communities.
