Led team through a significant change programme.- Managed operating budget of £12m- Responsible for 100 wastewater treatment works, 3 Combined Heat and Power Sites, 400 pumping stations and 5,000km of sewers.- Led team to deliver significant improvements to environmental performance in Warwickshire County helping Severn Trent Water achieve Environment agency 4 Star Environmental Standards.- Dealt with challenging customer issues involving radio interviews, MP meetings and stakeholder management.Developed strong working relationship with external regulating bodies including the Environment Agency.
