  I worked in the oil field service industry, testing the amount of gas and oil found in wells, and expanding into other skills, such as safety valve installation and optimization of well levels by using downhole tools. I spent most of my time in the Gulf region, learning the importance of cross-department training and teamwork.

I oversee the departmental teams that negotiate with manufacturers and procurement, work with regulatory officials and government relations, follow up on any tasks related to claims, policy and procedures, and review each branch through quality assurance protocol. Teams also coordinate travel, real estate, fleet services, printing and duplicating services, technical services and termite claims. This group of departments handles 90 percent of Rollins internal customer care generated from the needs of technicians in the field. Early in my Rollins career I heard the statement above from Mr. Rollins. From the get-go I knew the standard and expectation. That is a level of commitment I expect from myself and my teams: to provide the best service and spearhead a new level of leadership in the pest control industry. Show less
