  What a Hoot Day Nursery is a private education organisation which was my second fulltime job. I gained this job through my exceptional work as a student from Newcastle College.When I first started at What a Hoot in 2017, I was mostly supervising and caring for the children around the nursery. I now often find myself doing admin work, as well as supervising and observing children.As of 2019, I had been striving towards more senior roles within the business. By aiming towards such roles, I developed my skills and matured as an efficient and effective worker.Since the Pandemic, the demands for senior roles within the nursery was diminished. This resulted in myself stepping down from such roles and back to my original role as a nursery practitioner. Show less
