  In my dual role at The Meadowpark, I am responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while also managing the restaurant's social media presence. As a waitress, I ensure that guests receive attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. I handle customer orders, accommodate special requests, and promptly resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. My role involves close collaboration with the kitchen staff and fellow waitstaff to ensure smooth operations, particularly during peak hours, while also maintaining a clean and organised work environment.In December 2023 I became the Meadowpark's in-house social media champion. With this position I create and curate engaging and fun content for The Meadowpark’s social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. Additionally, I work closely with the management and wider marketing team to promote special events, seasonal menus, and offers, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels. Show less
