  Fanasa was a startup that I founded to create a text analysis application for Farsi content. MAHTA, the main product of Fanasa, is a deep learning-based real-time clustering web application for Farsi news and Twitter data that can process over 100,000 news items per day and visually present information, including concepts, feelings, and tendencies. In MAHTA, users can use different filters, such as limiting the date or searching for a specific entity, a commercial name, or any concept, and see visually some insight about their search. (Due to investor requests, we had to form another company (Exa Ltd.) to develop this product.)Other products:1. Collaborating in developing OCROFAN, an optical character recognition (OCR) engine for Farsi and Arabic. an engine that used machine learning methods to extract text from pictures in Arabic and Farsi. We built an institution in Fanasa to share our knowledge with students and curious people.2. Collaboration in developing a video surveillance module (DIDA) to control individuals entering and exiting a building.Management of four cross-functional teams (NLP, web development, data visualization, and marketing) and collaborating with six business partners.Reduced the time to market by using project management techniques (Agile and Scrum), led to the achievement of milestones six weeks ahead of schedule.
