Connected with Bangladesh National Power Grid by 132/11KV Substation.Key Responsibilities:• Maintaining safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.• Ensuring preventative & corrective maintenance, activities are performed in a timely & efficient manner.• Attended full erection, commissioning, and testing work of JSHP 65/75 MVA 02 no’s power transformer, 4 MVA 02 no’s auxiliary transformer, 100 MW sub-station of 11/132 kV, MV, LV & MCC panels, earthing system, 110 V battery charger with battery bank of unit-03. • Supervised electrical drawing and design of Unit-03. • Performed installation, commissioning, and testing work of 08 numbers of ABB Alternator AMG 1600QQ12 DSE.• Planning schedule maintenance and participated breakdown electrical maintenance of CATMAK- 16CM43C (each unit consist of 14.04 MW, 08 numbers engine) engine, Alternator, LCP, Combined Module, Fuel circulating module, Lube oil separator, HFO separator, Compressor, Oily water separator, EGB and auxiliary boiler.Key Achievements:• Completed five DCTs successfully.• Reduced auxiliary consumption 500 KWH for per day.
