      Attended Long Beach City College from Sept 1986 thru May 1987 taking courses in HVAC. Served an LDS mission for 2 years from June 1987 thru June 1989, upon return of my mission I returned to College and received my Associates Degree in HVAC & Safety in June 1991. During college worked in the HVAC field learning what I needed to learn to know that this is what I wanted to do for a career. Have worked my way up the corporate ladder completing every course possible in the HVAC field.

      As the Branch Manager I oversee the day to day activity of our branch. We are a full service Heating, Cooling and Plumbing company. We provide maintenance agreements, 24 hours service for breakdowns and replacement of equipment as well. We have goals, my team and I lead the way. Communicating the goal, putting together a plan and helping everyone see the end is achievable. Employee morale and safety is my top priority. Company redivided the areas so we became the West Coast - Revenue of 22 million with 6 Branches between California and Utah, Oversee all Branches and taught the importance of customer service and the entire operation of the company, from technicians, to sales, to install. Also liability issues and safety. *Develop and implement best operational practices and performance across the area. * Safety 24 million with 6 Branches in Utah, Idaho, and Colorado. Over all operations in all 6 Branches, very successful, we made a great team. 2 consecutive years of revenue growth and double digit EBIT of 16.9. As well as a 96.1 customer satisfaction report. From 2007 until the Area team was a factor Provo was more profitable than it had ever been before. Top 5% for the year. Took a Center that was ready to close their doors to a 3 million dollar Center. Turned this Center around to being profitable again, gained respect from upper management in doing so. 1st year for revenue growth which was double digits and profitability double digits also. EBIT was 14.95 which was exceptional. Service/Install/Sales Operations - Service Experts had purchased Thompson and Sons. Successfully managed the Service Department, achieving the top results company wide in variable margin of 58.6%
