  - Developed new products of bicycle components (especially Power Generator or Dynamo product) and delivered the new product to customers every year. - Cooperated with headquarter R&D department to develop a new product that will have a major change in the bicycle industry.- Planned a proper schedule for projects' key milestones and have good time management to meet the planned schedules in order the deliver the new product on time to the customers.- Worked closely with production engineers for supply chain arrangement and quality development engineers to finalize the product performance specifications.- Launched 13 models as new products to the market over the years.- Conducted 3D modeling and drafted 2D drawing with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for parts and assembly of bicycle components using Siemens NX software and Siemens Teamcenter.- Made use of CAE tools like structural simulation (Linear FEA) and electromechanical simulation (JMAG simulation) to develop new products of bicycle components.- Conducted tests with prototypes to understand their limits on function, strength, or durability.- Made use of Minitab software and 6 sigma tools such as Pareto chart and fishbone diagram in new product development progress.- Applied problem-solving skills to solve production issues that delayed or stopped factory productions.
