  I lead both the Systems & Applications Training Team and the Leaning & Development Training Team were together we cover all aspects of Staff Training as well as offering onsite support to all areas of the business across the UK, IRE and CZ.I specialise in Systems, Applications, Microsoft training, Soft Skills, Employee Development and the Training lead on new customer and business technologies implementation projects. I am currently leading on introducing a Learning Management Systems (LMS) to over 5000 users where I am responsible for the design, learning content and implementation plan to the business. Due to my varied knowledge, when implementing new customers into the business I will step into operational roles such as Transport Manager, Operations Manager and Planning Manager. Show less I specialise in Systems & Applications Training where my role includes the creation of company processes/guides, delivering In-House Systems Training, Staff Induction, Fire Marshall, HACCP, Manual Handling, IT, Soft Skills and Microsoft training. I design and deliver role specific training throughout the business. I predominately train within our Customer Services, Planning, Operations and Support departments as I have experience and process knowledge of these operational roles. I have been successful in creating and delivering tailored Microsoft Office courses across various applications which I designed to suit delegates of all skill levels. In addition to training, I have also been lucky enough to head up or assist in various projects within my 9 years with ESL. These projects include, the implementation of new systems, work methods, new contract set up and company integration. I have also been known to conduct and assist in presenting company presentations to our customers and other external parties. Due to my knowledge of various roles I am often asked to assist in supporting the operation during busy periods and new site/customer setups. Show less Based at Eddie Stobart HQ, Appleton. I joined Eddie Stobart within the Systems and Project Team, where I supported all ESL Employees with any In-house system issues whether it was with our AS400 based operating system or our vehicle tracking system. Other duties included, process and step by step guide creations, adhoc projects, new work method training as well as offering on the job support in different departments. Within this role I gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience of roles carried out within the business, this helped me progress to pursue my career in training. Show less
