  New Benching System Engineering Team Lead: Led design iterations, cost test planning, and managed supplier relations with factories in China and India. Successfully led a remote team of 4 from sketch to market within shortest-ever time (12 mos) and managed production in 2 countries with the same FOE (a first for Steelcase). Most successful desk line sold by Steelcase APAC, second in revenue, with a plan to export to the N. America market. WFH Desk Hack Proposal: A self-led 6-month initiative creating a customer- assembled desk, flat pack design, and a B2C website prototype. Research & Innovation Lead: Material & Technical Explorations, involved in every design project as Engineering champion.
