Ensured GEHA's robust portfolio of five medical plans meets the diverse needs and expectations of active federal employees and annuitants. Assessed competitive benchmarks and consumer intelligence to determine opportunity for plan design and promotion enhancements for our FEHB medical plans. Served as primary partner with Marketing and Digital Center of Excellence to create effective, accurate and consistent product messaging across all mediums including print and digital. Introduced and developed decision support tools within GEHA website. Key contributor of team that introduced and developed a suite of ancillary insurance products including Accident, Life and Short-Term Income Protection. This effort produced an online insurance solution allowing a fully digital consumer experience including shopping, underwriting, enrollment and service.
