  I manage AHEAD's information service, dealing with a wide range of queries relating to the education and employment needs of people with disabilities. I design and deliver training packages, and seminars to a wide range of audiences in Ireland and Europe including teaching & support staff, guidance counsellors, students, parents and employers. Other activities include:• On-line tutoring (Ahead-Start);• Developing and writing guidelines - e.g.: co wrote Teaching & Learning, Making learning accessible for students with disabilities in Further Education;• Carrying out workplace needs assessments; • Writing media articles and advertisements;• Developed, managed and updated AHEAD website;• Assisted with the development of Study Abroad without Limits website - a Socrates Accompanying Measures Project, managed the Irish team;• Assisted with the development of Study Skills - the Quest for Learning website.
