      As head of IT for the Center International of Glion, I revamped the IS organization in 2 years. I build applications to facilitate the administration of the school (CRM, Grading, AR) while taking care of the improvement of all the IS infrastructure (100 Computers, 3 servers, WAN) and giving support to the users. (40 Employees and 200+ students). While the company was facing financial difficulties, I covered most of these tasks without external help.

(ERP, Output management system, a bar-coding solution, an executive information system and various groupware applications,…) to our EMEA locations. I lead task forces to help locations in difficulties with their IS systems. In parallel, I was responsible for the document generator project and provided support for the financial module of Mfg/Pro (ERP).I led two projects related to introduction of the Euro. The 1st one aimed to convert the base currency of our ERP to the Euro for 8 sites. All the conversions were handled according to the schedule and with no significant issues. In October 2001, I took over from the Finance department the project “Trading in Euro” at the European level. On the 1st of January 2002, we were ready to trade in Euro. Show less

      When Stryker started to work on the Oracle e-business suite implementation (ERP), we had to confirm the scope of the implementation and to agree on common processes at European Level. I prepared the budget, to support the migration from mfg/pro to the Oracle e-Business suite, (45 M USD) and managed it as controller. As Implementation Coordination Lead, I facilitated the organization of these sessions and I also coordinated a number of meetings with business representatives in order to inform them about the progress we were making and the way the implementations were going to be handled.       Management of team spread over 4 countries and supporting the mfg/pro ERP in 8 countries. Lead the business team (25 persons) working on the implementation of the Oracle e-business suite (ERP) in the BeneNord Area (Belgium, Netherland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, and Norway). We went live on time, on budget and without major business issues. Responsible of testing at EMEA level, I reviewed the testing strategy, processes and testing tools. For our Oracle e-Business suite implementation (ERP) in Spain, I coordinated the Integration Testing and System Acceptance Testing with a team composed from more than 20 individuals. Later on, I coordinated the regression testing of France and Spain, reviewed proof of testing for production changes.
