After a year in the role I moved on the Customer Services where I gained a lot of face to face experience with the public, assisting them with their queries and issues. This role also allowed me to start gaining valuable technical knowledge of PC's and how to translate the technical jargon into easy to understand language for Joe public to understand. Show less

I then moved to Head Office at Hemel Hempstead, where I joined the team as an Assistant PC Games Buyer, that role then changed to Category Assistant where my main roles and responsibilities were to help forecast sales of upcoming game releases and negotiate appropriate funding for promotions. After a year at head office I moved back to Enfield PC World and then on to Lakeside PC World, these decisions allowed me to train as a Apple Mac specialist. I then moved to PC World Leicester where I was able to extend my skills by working in all departments of the business, including Customer Services, Technical, Stock Control and Auditing.
