      As leader of CBM appraisal activities in Indonesia, we have drilled and operated more than 15 CBM appraisal wells, within last 3 years. I'm responsible to keep the wells live, especially to ensure the dewatering process (effort to drain water from CBM reservoir as requirements prior gas production) running smoothly. That's mean, I need to have good run life on artificial system, having reliable water disposal system, having reliable power generation as well as reliable surface production facilities. I lead a small cross function team to deliver all of these requirements. The big challenges was we need to start everything almost from zero, since we ware at appraisal phase. Show less
