Project Manager for a suite of projects supporting Home and Community Care in Saskatchewan and hospital-based projects supporting decreased emergency department waits and improved patient flow. Project Manager for the innovative Seniors' House Calls program in Regina and Saskatoon which provides home visits to older adults with multiple chronic conditions and reduced mobility. Coordinated the creation of provincial standards and guidelines on appropriate antibiotics for surgery and its review by surgeons, anesthetists, and pharmacists across Saskatchewan. Led and supported the Surgical Site Infection Prevention Bundle working committee in implementing best practices to decrease preventable surgical site infections.
