  Warehouse Worker

  Being a warehouse worker was hard work that is involved putting together and putting away vast setups for various events. It was a lot of hard work even between the teams of three to four people and required a good deal of planning before things got done. Along with setting things up, it was very important that we kept things organized and clean. It was our job to make sure that people were wowed by how nice TPepin's was.

  As a front of house shift lead, it is my goal to hold the highest and most customer forward standards at my store. This includes me coordinating my team, resolving customer issues, and maintaining good communication between all parts of the store. In this environment I have to be quick on my feet and maintain a level head so I give both my customers and employees the best experience possible. This also includes checking food quality both when it's being sent out and before product reaches a wok or a knife. Show less
